Inland’s Performance Plus 4TB is a PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe M.2 2280 SSD in the Performance Plus family, using DRAM cache and 3D TLC NAND (176‑layer on current listings). The 4TB capacity was available by June 2022 and remains sold through Micro Center stores in the U.S. as of July 2026.

Positioned as a high_end Gen4 TLC drive, it exists to deliver big‑capacity, fast NVMe storage without Gen5 pricing. With DRAM, TLC flash, and a 3000 TBW rating, it suits use as a primary boot drive, large game library, or 4K video‑editing scratch, and it can serve as PS5 expansion when paired with a heatsink. Not discontinued as of July 2026.
