Gigabyte RTX 4070 Ti Gaming OC: high-end 1440p Ada GPU with 12GB GDDR6X, 285W TGP, 12VHPWR, 336 mm cooler, 3×DP + 1×HDMI; launched Jan 5, 2023, later discontinued.
Released January 5, 2023, Gigabyte’s GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Gaming OC 12G (GV‑N407TGAMING OC‑12GD) is an Ada Lovelace–generation GPU with 12GB GDDR6X on a 192‑bit bus. It sits in the high_end tier of the RTX 40‑series, aiming to deliver max‑settings 1440p gaming and strong ray tracing without the 80‑class price or power. It’s well‑suited to 1440p gaming, esports/high‑fps play, and creator workloads thanks to DLSS 3 and AV1 encode. Board power is 285 W; Gigabyte recommends a 750 W PSU and uses a single 16‑pin (12VHPWR) connector with an included 2×8‑pin adapter. The card is 336 mm long and 58 mm thick, and provides 3× DisplayPort 1.4a plus 1× HDMI 2.1a. The RTX 4070 Ti line was discontinued in early 2024 as the 4070 Ti SUPER replaced it.
