Announced at Computex in May 2025 and shipping later that summer, Crucial’s T710 2TB is a PCIe 5.0 NVMe M.2 2280 SSD in the T‑series lineup. Rated up to 14,900 MB/s read and 13,800 MB/s write, it targets true Gen5 slots on 13th/14th‑gen Intel and Ryzen 7000+ platforms and is offered with or without a heatsink.

Positioned as a flagship drive, it exists to push sequential bandwidth and responsiveness for high‑end desktops. With onboard LPDDR4 DRAM, Micron G9 TLC NAND, and a 1,200‑TBW endurance rating for the 2TB SKU, it’s well‑suited as a fast boot drive, a large game library, and a video‑editing scratch disk—provided adequate cooling. A heatsink variant is available if your board’s M.2 cooling is limited.
