Launched in November 2022 alongside Intel’s Z790 platform for 13th‑Gen “Raptor Lake,” the MSI MEG Z790 ACE is an E‑ATX LGA1700 motherboard in MSI’s MEG line. It supports 12th‑, 13th‑, and 14th‑Gen Intel Core processors.

Tiered as an enthusiast Z790, it exists to deliver overbuilt power and I/O for serious overclocking and expansion. Four DDR5 DIMM slots, three PCIe x16 slots (Gen5 on the top two), and five M.2 sockets including a PCIe 5.0 slot cover high‑speed memory and multi‑NVMe needs.
