Product overview
SilverStone’s SX700-PT launched on October 24, 2019 as a 700W SFX model in the company’s SFX Series PT (Platinum) line. It’s a fully modular, 80 Plus Platinum unit with two EPS 8‑pin and four 6+2‑pin PCIe leads in a true 100 mm‑deep SFX chassis.
Positioning: enthusiast tier—built to deliver high‑wattage, high‑efficiency power in very small cases. Best for SFX/small‑form‑factor builds, high‑end GPU builds, and some headroom/overclocking. It predates ATX 3.0 and has no native 12VHPWR, so newer GPUs may need adapters. Discontinued status is not confirmed.
