Released on July 13, 2021, the SuperNOVA 1600 P+ is EVGA’s Platinum-rated refresh of the P-series, succeeding the older P2 line. It’s a fully modular 1600 W ATX unit with a 10‑year warranty and a 200 mm chassis, introduced alongside the 1300 P+. As an enthusiast‑tier PSU, it exists to power extreme builds that need lots of clean 12 V current and connector count. It suits high‑end GPU builds and headroom/overclocking: you get dual EPS and fourteen 6+2‑pin PCIe leads for multiple graphics cards or accelerators. Because it launched before the ATX 3.0/12VHPWR era, it has no native 12VHPWR cable—use the GPU’s adapter for 4090‑class cards.
