Product overview

Released October 12, 2022, the ASUS ROG Strix GeForce RTX 4090 OC is an Ada Lovelace (RTX 40‑series) custom flagship. Tier: flagship — it exists to push max‑setting 4K and demanding ray‑traced workloads, while giving creators large performance headroom.

Equipped with 24 GB GDDR6X (384‑bit) and a 450 W board power, it’s well‑suited to 4K gaming, ray tracing, and content creation/rendering. Power is via a single 16‑pin 12VHPWR, and ASUS recommends a 1000 W PSU. The cooler is huge at 357.6 × 149.3 × 70.1 mm and 3.5‑slot thickness, so check case clearance. Outputs: 3× DisplayPort 1.4a, 2× HDMI 2.1a.
