Released on August 18, 2021, the Fractal Design Torrent launched the Torrent airflow series. It’s a flagship full‑size tower made to maximize intake area with dual 180 mm front fans and expansive bottom intakes; it remains an active model (not discontinued). Fit highlights: supports ATX/E‑ATX boards, GPUs up to 423 mm with front fans installed, 188 mm CPU coolers, and up to 420 mm radiators at the front or bottom. It ships with five PWM fans (2x180 mm front, 3x140 mm bottom), uses a standard ATX PSU (top‑mounted), provides 2×3.5 in + 4×2.5 in storage, and front I/O with USB‑C plus dual USB‑A. Ideal for airflow builds, water‑cooling plans, and systems needing high GPU clearance. Notable: extra‑thick 38 mm 180 mm front fans.
