Product overview

Released December 7, 2021, this ASUS Dual GeForce RTX 2060 EVO 12GB is a late‑cycle Turing (RTX 20‑series) refresh that doubles VRAM and brings first‑gen RT/Tensor cores and DLSS to a familiar xx60 SKU. In the GPU tiering, it’s a budget‑class card aimed at keeping 1080p gaming smooth while extending longevity with extra memory.

It’s a practical pick for 1080p gaming, lighter 1440p with settings tweaks, basic ray tracing aided by DLSS, and esports/high‑fps titles. The Dual cooler is 242 mm long and 2.7‑slot; power is a single 8‑pin with a 500 W PSU recommendation, and outputs include DVI‑D, two HDMI 2.0b, and DisplayPort 1.4a for broad display compatibility. Notably, this xx60 variant carries 12 GB of GDDR6, unusual for its class.
