Mainstream ATX AM5 board from 2022 with DDR5, Wi‑Fi 6E, 2.5GbE and dual PCIe 4.0 M.2—good for budget AM5 builds.
MSI’s PRO B650-P WiFi arrived in October 2022 alongside AMD’s AM5 B650 platform for Ryzen 7000, and it remains on MSI’s current lineup as of October 2026. A mainstream B650 ATX board, it exists to give builders a cost-balanced path into AM5 with DDR5 and modern I/O. Four DDR5 DIMM slots (EXPO support), a PCIe 4.0 x16 slot for the GPU, dual PCIe 4.0 M.2 slots, Wi‑Fi 6E, 2.5GbE and a rear USB‑C 20Gbps port make it a solid pick for budget AM5 builds, first‑time builders and compact expansion‑friendly rigs. Not discontinued as of October 2026. Unique note: the second M.2 slot is disabled with Ryzen 8500/8300‑series processors.Sourcetechspot.comSourceus.msi.comSourcesg.msi.com
